Coldplay // Head Full of Dreams Tour

Earlier on in the year I brought tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley Stadium with my Dad on their ‘Head Full of Dreams’ tour. I had been dreaming for so long about seeing Coldplay perform their own show and finally I got the chance.

Supporting Coldplay was Alessia Cara and Lianne La Havas who were great support acts, bearing in mind they are exactly incredibly popular and well-known artists.

The stadium consisted of two stages: The A stage and the B stage. The ‘A stage’ was long horizontally and extended vertically into the standing audience. Further into the crowd the ‘B stage’ was placed, this enabled fans to have a up-close experience.

Coldplay performed classic such as “Paradise”, “Fix You” and “The Scientist”, along with songs from their new album. It was great to be in an arena full of older fans instead of the typical screaming girls that I’m used to have surrounding me. It made the concert much more enjoyable.

The lighting, balloons, streamers and confetti really added to the show and made it wonderful to look at. When walking into the arena we were given wristbands that lit up according to a specific song and it was amazing to look out at the arena and see everybody’s lights flashing different colours. It made the audience feel more interacted with the show and it looked amazing in videos and pictures.

This was by far my favourite concert I have been too and I can’t wait for the next tour to see them again live!
